What to Expect
Tesla is looking for an experienced and professional Corporate Security Officer to join the Security team supporting Tesla’s EMEA Headquarters in Amsterdam.
This position combines corporate security, customer interaction and operational security responsibilities within a high-profile international environment. You will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure and professional workplace for employees, visitors and contractors.
This is not a traditional object security role, but a corporate security position within a fast-paced international technology company.
We are looking for security professionals who are comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced international corporate environment.
What You'll Do-
Perform access control for employees, visitors and contractors

Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and access control systems

Conduct surveillance, fire and closing rounds

Respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies

Professionally enforce safety and security procedures

Record and report incidents and security-related concerns

Support emergency response and evacuation procedures

Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner

Work closely with internal teams and external vendors
-
Contribute to a safe, secure and professional working environment

Valid Dutch Security Officer diploma (Beveiliger 2)
-
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

Experience in corporate security, object security or hospitality security is preferred

Professional appearance and strong situational awareness

Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively

Comfortable working with security technology and computer systems

Driver’s license B is preferred

Successful completion of a security screening and background check in accordance with Dutch private security regulations is required
