What to Expect
We’re looking for a customer and service-focused Security Officer to join the Security team, in Amsterdam. As a Security Officer you'll be ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and visitors as well as the physical security of the building.
What You'll Do-
Provide customer service at, all levels for employees, guests and contractors

Execute company procedures to ensure the physical protection of personnel and property while complying with necessary regulations and rules to create a calm and professional security culture

Appropriately record and report any incidents or concerns to the Regional Security Manager - you'll be responsible for managing the system of record regarding security-related activities (i.e. incidents and events)

Provide support in operating security systems (e.g. video surveillance, alarm response, access control and event reporting)

Maintain clear and effective communication with all employees, guests and contractors

Support any other parts of the business as and when required

Respond to any emergencies, medical incidents or other on-site incidents

Ensure that we maintain Tesla's high standard of professionalism and adhere to clothing and hygiene standards

Valid Dutch Security Officer license

Valid Dutch driving license

Experience working in the Security industry, either as an independent Security Officer or as part of a security team, in an office environment or within a professional organization

Computer literate (training for our internal computer systems will be provided)

Physical strength and fitness, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and handle occasional mandatory overtime

Excellent communication skills and high level of both the English language and Dutch language.

Good organizational skills and well-honed ability to follow procedures

Good people skills and ability to get on well with others whilst remaining professional - confident with communicating security protocols to those who may be unaware
