We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator who is ready to support daily operations, work closely with the warehouse team, and grow within an ambitious company.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily warehouse operations and logistics processes
- Work alongside the warehouse team in standard operational tasks, including picking, packing, organizing, and general warehouse support
- Ensure smooth communication between warehouse teams and departments
- Monitor workflows and help maintain operational efficiency
- Support administrative tasks and warehouse reporting (suppliers, returns, etc.)
- Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues in a practical and fast way
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and productive working environment
What We Are Looking For
Ideally someone who already has experience in logistics operations and is looking to take the next step into a more administrative/coordinator role
- Fluent English communication skills
- Basic Dutch language skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is mandatory
