What to Expect
As an Advanced Systems Project Manager, you will lead cutting-edge initiatives that integrate intelligent automation and conversational interfaces across Tesla's customer-facing and internal platforms. You'll drive innovation in areas like smart assistance, voice automation, and workflow optimization while identifying new opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This role requires a fast learner who thrives in ambiguity, manages multiple priorities simultaneously, and brings creative, out-of-the-box thinking to push the boundaries of what's possible.
What You'll Do-
Lead the global expansion and optimization of intelligent assistance capabilities across internal & external facing tools, managing market rollouts and tracking detection/conversion performance

Ideate and implement smart automation solutions for sales and delivery systems, including conversational interfaces, voice agents, intelligent task creation, and automated outreach capabilities

Proactively identify and propose innovative use cases for intelligent automation that drive customer conversion, operational efficiency, and user experience improvements

Define and own the strategic roadmap for Advanced Systems in EMEA, prioritizing based on impact and ensuring successful project implementation

Manage multiple complex, end-to-end projects simultaneously, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Delivery, and regional teams

Apply data-driven project management principles — defining success metrics and KPIs, presenting strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders, and incorporating feedback to refine and scale capabilities
