As a Finance Officer at IBEO, you are the first point of contact for your own portfolio of hospitality entrepreneurs. You ensure their financial administration is always accurate — from posting purchase invoices to preparing interim reports and flagging issues. You work closely with your colleagues in a team of approximately 5 people, using modern tools such as Zenvoices and Hix.

Communicating with clients about their administration

Daily processing and checking of financial administrations

Preparing outstanding items, payment lists, and interim reports

Filing VAT returns

Ensuring a complete and up-to-date administration file

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Fluent Dutch speaker and writer

Affinity with finance

Eager to learn, works accurately, and able to work independently

Curious, not afraid to ask questions, and solution-oriented

You enjoy helping clients as best as possible
