GA International is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our remote team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey—supporting product selection, preparing quotes, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first inquiry to purchase.
Responsibilities
- Support and grow relationships with existing and new customers while collaborating closely with Account Managers and Solutions Specialists to maximize customer potential.
- Identify opportunities for internal growth and recommend products from GA International’s portfolio based on customer needs.
- Manage new inbound customer inquiries and guide customers through product selection and quoting using our full product range.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout all stages of the sales process.
- Efficiently manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries across all channels—phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems using a CRM.
- Continuously learn new GA International products and technologies to provide accurate recommendations and support within your target market.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience before, during, and after the sales process while maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Scientific background such as a degree in biology or a related field.
- Strong customer experience and inside-sales skills, with the ability to guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions.
- Excellent command of English
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an asset.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work remotely.
