This position is full-time and available ASAP at our HQ in Amsterdam for a period of 6 months!
You’ll be…

Handle Retail Support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Produce and maintain operational reports, focusing on ticket resolution efficiency and knowledge-base training for store teams.

Coordinate all Visual Merchandising asset requests, distribution, and tracking.

Manage store supplies, including oversight of the automation project aimed at streamlining replenishment.

Optimize Back-of-House layouts across stores, including one on-site store visit per week to assess and improve operational flow.

Are working in a retail store and interested in experiencing it from a different perspective or studying/ recently graduated from Business, Retail Management, Hotel Management or other related fields
