Keyholder (24-38 Hours) – GUESS Eindhoven
An exciting new chapter is beginning at GUESS Eindhoven! For our brand-new store, we're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Keyholder to join our team.
As a Keyholder, you'll support the management team in the daily operation of the store while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, help drive sales results, and contribute to building a strong and motivated team.

Your Key Tasks
- Creating the GUESS customer experience
- Opening and closing the store
- Supporting the management team with daily store operations
- Greeting, advising, and styling customers
- Recommending and selling products
- Replenishing and maintaining the sales floor
- Supporting inventory and stock management activities
- Cash register duties
- Assisting with Visual Merchandising activities
- Ensuring a positive and energetic atmosphere in the store
What We're Looking For
- Available for 24-38 hours per week
- Previous retail experience in a sales-focused environment
- Experience as a Keyholder, Senior Sales Advisor, or similar role is an advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Commercial mindset and passion for sales
- Positive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Ability to work well within a team
- Visual Merchandising experience is a plus
- Dutch language skills are a plus
