Job Overview
We are hiring an Order Management Expert / Customer Operations Specialist to join an international healthcare technology company in Heerlen.
This role focuses on Order-to-Cash (O2C), order processing, customer service, and supply chain coordination for the Nordics market.
You will act as a key contact between customers, sales teams, logistics, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
- Order entry and order processing in ERP/SAP system
- Monitor order status, deliveries, invoicing and returns
- Handle customer inquiries (phone & email)
- Support inside sales and field sales teams
- Manage complaints and issue resolution
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Pricing and Finance
- Ensure accurate data management in ERP system
- Maintain SLA and customer satisfaction KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or MBO+ level
- Minimum 2 years experience in:
- Order Management
- Customer Service
- Inside Sales
- Supply Chain / Logistics
- Back Office Operations
- Fluent Swedish (C1) OR Norwegian (C1) OR Finnish (C1) or Danish (C1)+ fluent English
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced international environment
