As one of the leading Monday.com partners in EMEA, we're growing our team. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across the Benelux market. You'll work with prospects exploring Monday.com, create opportunities through outbound initiatives, and help organizations transform the way they work through workflow automation, AI-powered solutions, and professional services.
This isn't a pure lead-generation role. You'll own the entire commercial journey from the first conversation through discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations to closing the deal.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Customer Success Managers, Consultants, and the wider Monday.com ecosystem to create meaningful business impact for customers.

Engage with inbound leads and Monday.com trial users.

Create opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, campaigns, and networking.

Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Understand customer challenges, goals, and priorities.

Qualify opportunities based on business value, urgency, and potential impact.

Deliver tailored product demonstrations.

Position Monday.com and Xebia's professional services as solutions to customer challenges.

Translate business problems into practical and scalable solutions.

Manage opportunities from first contact through contract signature.

Build proposals and business cases.

Negotiate and close deals.

Collaborate with consultants and implementation teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Has 3–5 years of experience in a sales role

Is fluent in Dutch and English

Passion for digital tools and a strong understanding of business processes. Ideally, you already have experience with Monday.com or similar SaaS applications.

Has experience generating pipeline and managing opportunities.

A positive mindset, empathetic, and you bring a lot of energy to customer interactions.

Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple sales processes in parallel and efficiently.
