Bartender (Part-Time / Full-Time) – Amsterdam Oost
We are looking for a confident and energetic Bartender to join our team at Moche Amsterdam-launching our new terrace.
This position is for someone with personality and attitude — not shy. Someone who can handle a busy bar, stay calm under pressure, and bring great energy to the team.
You should feel comfortable working behind the bar but also stepping onto the floor to support the front-of-house team and recommend cocktails to guests.
What you'll do
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and mixed beverages
- Create new drinks
- Keep the bar organized and ready for service
- Interact with guests and create a great bar atmosphere
- Support the front-of-house team during busy service
- Recommend cocktails and help drive the drinks experience
What we’re looking for
- Strong personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player willing to help both bar and floor
- English required (Dutch is a plus)
- Bartending or hospitality experience preferred
· Creativity and flexibility / work weekends until 12 am
