INTRODUCTION
We are looking for a full-time Shift Leader to strengthen and guide our front-of-house team. You are not just part of the service — you lead it. You set the tone on the floor, ensure smooth operations and inspire the team to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality.

Please note: evening and weekend availability (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) is essential for this role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading shifts and being the main point of contact during service.
Coaching, motivating and supporting the front-of-house team.
Ensuring smooth and efficient service flow from start to finish.
Maintaining high standards in service, presentation and guest experience.
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and care.
Coordinating closely with kitchen and bar to optimize timing and communication.
Overseeing reservations, seating and table management.
Supporting opening and closing procedures.
Monitoring daily operations and contributing to continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus).
A hands-on mentality and the ability to lead by example.
Confident decision-maker who stays calm under pressure.
Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience.
A natural leader with a positive, motivating attitude.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
