he core of your work lies in developing, optimizing and releasing electronic and mechanical components (such as housings). The final product is assembled on site and extensively tested to meet the highest quality standards.

s a Manufacturing Engineer, you ensure that products are designed smartly, with an eye for quality, cost efficiency and manufacturability. You are the connecting factor between design, production and suppliers. You play a crucial role in the technical translation of idea into reality!
M
ain responsibilities:
E
- nsuring that products are optimally designed for production, with a focus on low costs and high quality.
P- reparation of data packages, work instructions and test procedures for internal and external production partners.
S- electing parts and tools with minimal risk of delivery problems.
D- ocumenting and implementing new production processes, including adapting technical instructions.
P- articipating in test setups that connect seamlessly to the production line.
S- upport in analyzing and solving material and assembly problems.
I- dentifying opportunities for improvement and applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.

ou are an engineer who likes to build bridges between design and execution. You think analytically, work in a structured way and get energy from improving processes and products.
D
- emonstrable experience in the manufacturing or electronics industry, preferably as a Manufacturing Engineer.
A- t least 3 years of relevant work experience.
L- ean Manufacturing experience.
A- creative, analytical mindset and solution-oriented attitude.
A- completed higher professional education (technical direction) or equivalent level.
S- trong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
E- xcellent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
D- utch citizenship is required for this role.
