Job Summary
The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Comprehensive Assessments Of The Domain It Landscape And Perform Application Portfolio Optimization By Identifying Gaps And Recommending Enhancements In Servicenow And Itil Frameworks.
2. Create And Present Solution And Architectural Views, Including Logical, Conceptual, Development, Execution, And Infrastructure Architectures, Ensuring Alignment With Business Goals And It Standards.
3. Analyze And Define System Requirements By Collaborating With Stakeholders To Address Portfolio Concerns And Ensure Effective Itsm Solutions.
4. Manage And Adapt Non-Functional Requirements (Nfrs) For The Solution, Ensuring Performance, Security, And Usability Are Integrated Into The Architecture.
5. Drive Continuous Knowledge Enhancement By Exploring And Integrating New And Emerging Products And Technologies Within The Servicenow Ecosystem.
6. Contribute To The Development Of White Papers And Technical Documentation To Foster Knowledge Sharing And Best Practices Across The Organization.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Servicenow Functional Consulting With A Strong Understanding Of Itil And Itsm Principles.
2. Solid Experience In Solution Architecture Design And Implementation, Specifically Within Enterprise It Landscapes.
3. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Assess Complex It Environments.
4. Strong Communication Skills For Effective Stakeholder Engagement And Presentation Of Architectural Concepts.
