About the Role
We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist with a focus on Marketing procurement to support sourcing activities across marketing services, agencies, media, events, digital marketing, creative services, and related categories.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience, preferably within indirect procurement and marketing-related categories. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, supplier management experience, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders across marketing, finance, legal, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing and procurement activities for marketing-related categories, including creative agencies, media, events, PR, digital marketing, production, and marketing services.
Assist in supplier selection, RFQ/RFP processes, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and contract coordination.
Work closely with internal marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into procurement requirements.
Manage supplier communication, quotations, purchase requests, and procurement documentation.
Support cost-saving initiatives, supplier performance reviews, and process improvements.
Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate supplier, contract, and purchasing records.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to ensure timely execution of agreements and purchase orders.
Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities within marketing procurement categories.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management.
Experience with indirect procurement is preferred.
Exposure to marketing procurement categories such as agencies, media, events, PR, creative services, or digital marketing is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of RFQ/RFP processes, supplier comparison, and contract coordination.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
Experience working in automotive, technology, retail, manufacturing, or a fast-paced international company.
Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP tools, or purchase order processes.
Experience supporting marketing teams or agency-related procurement projects.
