Kitepower is on a mission to contribute to a more sustainable world by flying kites generating electricity. Founded as a spin-off of Delft University of Technology, our team is developing the its commercial system to power farms, construction sites and (island)communities with renewable airborne wind energy.

We are currently looking for a (financial) administrative organisational talent. You will work with your Kitepower colleagues, partners and our suppliers on a daily basis. In addition to the financial administrative tasks, you will take care of our HR administration and everything concerning the organisation of our office in Delft. Job Tasks
General financial administration (invoicing, payments and reports)
Book expenses on the correct general ledger accounts in Exact.
Maintaining personnel administration.
Managing recruitment process and onboarding of new team members.
Contact with suppliers, including our external accountant.
Preparation of various ad hoc or periodic reports.
Project and event management.
And anything else you think is necessary…
Job Profile
You quickly pick up new information and convert it into actions.
You challenge people around you to maximise their growth potential.
You have experience with financial-administrative activities.
You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
You have an energetic personality.
You like to combine different activities and think in terms of possibilities.
You are pro-active, showing initiative and combine that with a keen eye for details.
