We're looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to join our team in the Netherlands in a hybrid working mode.
In this role, you will combine deep technical and strategic expertise with strong client-facing skills, leading cybersecurity consulting engagements while driving business growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is not a purely delivery-focused role – you will open doors, build trust at the executive level and translate client challenges into compelling consulting propositions while ensuring the quality of our work.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end cybersecurity consulting engagements across risk management, security architecture, compliance and incident response

Develop and present high-quality deliverables including assessments, roadmaps, strategies and executive reports

Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including CISOs and C-level executives

Oversee junior consultants on project teams, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events and direct outreach

Conduct consultative discovery conversations to position services as solutions to client security challenges

Develop tailored proposals, statements of work and presentations in collaboration with internal teams

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements

Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or a closely related field

Track record of delivering complex cybersecurity consulting projects independently

Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with responsibility for business development or revenue contribution

Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and GDPR
-
Strong consultative selling ability and ability to articulate value to executive audiences

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders

Commercial awareness and understanding of how cybersecurity risk translates to business impact

Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001

Experience in specific verticals such as financial services, healthcare or critical infrastructure
