Bij New Electric lopen we voorop in de elektrificatie van bouwmachines. Vanuit Breukelen, Nederland, zijn we gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en bouwen van hoogspanningsbatterijsystemen en elektrische aandrijvingen voor gespecialiseerde machines zoals walsen en asfalteermachines.

De rol
Wij zijn op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en praktische montagetechnicus. Kom ons dynamische werkplaatsteam versterken. In deze rol sta je centraal in ons prototyping- en productieproces: je assembleert mechanische, elektrische en vloeistof componenten om geavanceerde elektrische aandrijfsystemen voor zware machines te bouwen.
Je werkt nauw samen met ingenieurs, ontwerpers en collega-technici en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van duurzame, hoogwaardige oplossingen voor de bouwsector.
Wat je gaat doen
- Het assembleren van elektrische aandrijflijnen en hoogspanningssystemen, inclusief mechanische, elektrische en sanitaire componenten.
- Werk met diverse industriële connectoren, stekkers en fittingen van verschillende fabrikanten.
- Lees en volg de gedetailleerde montage-instructies en elektrische schema's.
- Houd nauwkeurige gegevens bij van alle builds, inclusief versie-wijzigingen en serienummers.
- Ondersteun continue verbetering door de documentatie bij te werken op basis van uw montage-ervaring.
- (Voor ervaren technici) Assisteren bij het oplossen van problemen, reparaties of onderhoud van werkplaatsapparatuur.
Wat je meebrengt
- Minimaal een opleiding op VMBO-niveau of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring.
- Het vermogen om montage-instructies en eenvoudige elektrische schema's te lezen en te interpreteren.
- Sterke aandacht voor detail en toewijding aan hoogwaardig vakmanschap.
- Teamgerichte houding en heldere communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Vermogen om te gedijen in een dynamische, internationale werkplaats omgeving.

The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Assembly Technician to join our dynamic workshop team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our prototyping and production process—assembling mechanical, electrical, and fluid components to build cutting-edge electric drive systems for heavy machinery.
You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and fellow technicians, contributing to the development of sustainable, high-performance solutions for the construction industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble electric drivetrains and high-voltage systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components
- Work with a variety of industrial connectors, plugs, and fittings from multiple manufacturers
- Read and follow detailed assembly instructions and electrical schematics
- Maintain accurate records of builds, including version changes and serial numbers
- Support continuous improvement by updating documentation based on your assembly experience
- (For experienced technicians) Assist with troubleshooting, repair, or workshop equipment maintenance
What You Bring
- Minimum VMBO-level education or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and basic electrical schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Team-oriented attitude and clear communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international workshop environment
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Forklift license
- NEN9140 certification
- Workshop or technical assembly experience
