Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including CV screening, candidate interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation, and pre-boarding activities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, prepare onboarding plans, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth integration process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, contracts, personal information, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Administer employment contracts, probation reviews, contract extensions, renewals, and employee insurance registrations.
- Manage visa applications, work permits, and visa extensions while coordinating with employees and external authorities such as IND.
- Coordinate annual performance management processes, including appraisal cycles, performance documentation, and salary review administration.
- Handle employee sickness and absence administration, support reintegration processes, and liaise with UWV, occupational health providers, and managers.
- Manage employee relations matters, prepare employer statements, respond to HR queries, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee offboarding activities, including resignation processing, exit documentation, final settlements, exit interviews, system access termination, and return of company assets.
- Drive HR process improvements by maintaining master employee data, organizing HR files, processing HR-related invoices, and ensuring efficient HR operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist roles.
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law, UWV, and IND processes is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and advanced Excel skills.
