As the additive manufacturing market continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking for an ambitious Italian-speaking intern to help accelerate our development in Italy.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international sales, business development and customer relations within a fast-growing European technology company.
Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Qualify and follow up inbound leads from the Italian market
- Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals
- Participate in prospecting and lead generation activities
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Customer Experience
- Support customers throughout their buying journey
- Assist with onboarding and customer follow-up
- Collect customer feedback and satisfaction reviews
Product Ambassador Activities
- Participate in product demonstrations
- Support the creation of product-focused content and customer success stories
- Help promote Polyfab3D across digital channels
Your Profile
- Native or fluent Italian speaker
- Good level of English
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Interest in sales, technology and innovation
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Additional European languages are a plus
