Framedworks is een real estate media studio gespecialiseerd in fotografie, cinematische video, dronebeelden en 360° content. Onze klanten zijn makelaars en vastgoedeigenaren die veel waarde hechten aan uitstraling.

Onze content moet datzelfde niveau bereiken. Dat is de opdracht.
Wat je gaat maken
Je maakt ongeveer vijf posts per week. Denk aan reels, carousels, architectonische details en behind-the-scenes content.
Je werkt grotendeels vanuit onze bestaande bibliotheek met sterk beeldmateriaal. Jij kiest de invalshoek, selecteert en monteert het beeld, schrijft de captions en plant alles in via Metricool. Alles wordt bijgehouden en is zichtbaar in de backend.
Je werkt in het begin nauw samen met de oprichter totdat de toon en esthetiek kloppen. Daarna krijg je het eigenaarschap.
Dit past bij jou als
Je een goed oog hebt voor architectuur, interieur en de details die een ruimte karakter geven.
Je kent het verschil tussen content die er hoogwaardig uitziet en content die vooral druk aanvoelt. Je werk is rustig, doordacht en van nu. Niet luid of schreeuwerig.
Je schrijft Nederlandse captions die klinken als een echt persoon met smaak, niet als een merk met een contentkalender.
Typografie, licht, compositie en ritme zijn dingen waar je vanzelf op let.
Je schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en kunt ook goed overweg met Engels.
Je werkt zelfstandig, vertrouwt op je eigen smaak en krijgt dingen daadwerkelijk gepubliceerd.
Je bent ingeschreven bij de KvK en kunt als ZZP’er factureren. Je woont in Nederland, bij voorkeur in of rond Amsterdam. Je bent daarnaast beschikbaar om af en toe mee te gaan naar een shoot en content op locatie te maken.
De rol kan groeien
Merkrichting, creatieve input voor de website en campagnes.
We bouwen aan een merk met een duidelijke esthetiek. We zoeken dus niet iemand die alleen een contentkalender vult.
Hoe het werkt
We beginnen met een kort gesprek.
Is er een goede klik, dan vragen we je om een kleine creatieve pitch met twee voorbeeldposts. Daarna volgt een betaalde proefperiode van 10 dagen. De werkzaamheden, opleveringen, vergoeding en betalingsvoorwaarden worden vooraf schriftelijk vastgelegd.
Werkt het voor beide kanten, dan gaan we verder met een vaste maandelijkse samenwerking.

We photograph and film some of Amsterdam’s most beautiful properties.
Framedworks is a real estate media studio specialising in photography, cinematic video, drone footage and 360° content. Our clients are real estate agents and property owners who care deeply about presentation.
So do we.
Our content needs to reach that same standard. That is the job.
What you will create
You will create around five posts per week. This includes reels, carousels, architectural details and behind-the-scenes content.
You will mainly work from our existing library of strong visual material. You find the angle, select and edit the content, write the captions and schedule everything through Metricool. All activity is tracked and visible in the backend.
At first, you will work closely with the founder until the tone and aesthetic feel right. After that, you will take ownership.
You will fit if
You have a strong eye for architecture, interiors and the details that give a space character.
You understand the difference between content that feels premium and content that simply feels busy. Your work is calm, considered and current. It is never loud for the sake of attention.
You write Dutch captions that sound like a real person with taste, not a brand with a content calendar.
Typography, light, composition and rhythm are things you notice naturally.
You write fluent Dutch and are comfortable working in English.
You work independently, trust your judgement and get things published.
You must be registered with the KvK and able to invoice as a ZZP’er. You must be based in the Netherlands, preferably in or near Amsterdam. You should also be available to occasionally join us on shoots and create content on location.
The role can grow
Brand direction, creative input for the website and campaigns.
We are building a brand with a clear aesthetic. We are not looking for someone who simply fills a content calendar.
How it works
We start with a short conversation.
If there is a good fit, we will ask you to create a small creative pitch with two example posts. This will be followed by a paid 10-day trial period. The work, deliverables, fee and payment terms will be agreed in writing beforehand.
If it works for both sides, we will continue with an ongoing monthly collaboration.
