The Role: As a Resonance Guide at 432, you'll deliver our transformative, frequency-aligned experiences across Journeys, Free Flows and Events. Rooted in the ancient traditions of sauna culture, your role is to welcome and guide members through the journey of breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge, helping to align and refresh them. With uniquely curated programming—incorporating breathwork, towel waving, essential oils, visualizations, and more—you will inspire awe and facilitate deep, transformative moments.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming & harmonious environment: Greet members warmly, engage in conversation, answer questions, and create memorable moments through the ideal balance of music, lighting, and cleanliness,
- Emotional intelligence: Actively listen to members and fellow guides. Create an environment that respects and acknowledges each person’s individual journey.
- Operational duties: Support the member check-in process, ensuring experiences are maximised. Regularly sanitize sauna, cold plunge, and communal areas. Check equipment for proper function.
- Brand ambassadorship: Demonstrate a strong understanding 432's mission, vision, values, and the traditions that inspire our brand. Actively engage with 432 community through social media, internal channels, team events, and continuous training.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: You will receive €30,000- €32,000 per year before tax or €16-20 per hour, inclusive of two Journeys per shift.
