As a (junior) recruiter, you are a social animal. You love connecting with people and helping them develop. You also have your own ambitions and are eager to be part of TaskHero's growth. You see opportunities everywhere and seize them with both hands!
As a (junior) recruiter at TaskHero, keeping all the balls in the air is a piece of cake for you. You have a great client base that you need to keep satisfied. You are their point of contact, and you will find the right Heroes for the clients. We have clients in the hospitality, retail, and logistics sectors. Quite diverse, then!
In addition, it is of course also important that you maintain good contact with our Heroes! You conduct an intake with a new candidate, send all the associated administration, and ensure that the Hero works the shifts he or she enjoys! During your work as a (junior) recruiter, you are in contact with people every day. Both clients and candidates.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has a feel for recruitment and contacting clients;
- Enjoys organizing training sessions and social gatherings;
- has a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level (a diploma is not required as long as you can prove that you can handle this level);
- Has own transport to travel to the office in Utrecht; working from home is of course also possible in consultation;
- is available full-time or part-time and can start (preferably) immediately;
- Speaks and writes both Dutch and English;
- Derives great pleasure from achieving goals ;
- Can be on standby for the weekend once every three or four weeks;
- Is ambitious and shows this through his or her hard work.
