As a Junior Calculator, you play an important role in preparing and calculating various civil engineering projects. You work on quotations, support tenders, and actively contribute ideas for smart and efficient execution methods. In this role, you will work on diverse projects within civil engineering and (soil) remediation, ranging from relatively small to complex. You ensure accurate and complete calculations that serve as the foundation for successful execution. Your responsibilities include: - Preparing quotations and calculating materials, quantities, and costs; - Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to determine optimal working methods; - Providing input for tenders and project plans; - Carefully transferring calculations to preparation teams or project teams; - Conducting project visits for surveys or coordination; - Organizing and overseeing the entire calculation process. You collaborate closely with colleagues within your discipline. In regular meetings, you discuss projects, distribute tasks, and align progress—clear communication is key. Are you just starting out?
