What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manufacturing Engineer / EHS who enjoys taking ownership, driving improvements, and working closely with colleagues across Operations, Engineering, Customer Service and R&D. If you have a passion for quality, process improvement and safety within a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement and continuously improve our Quality Management System.
- Develop and update quality procedures, work instructions and documentation.
- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes from identification through implementation.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate internal quality claims and support customer complaint investigations.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external quality audits.
- Support new product introductions together with R&D.
- Manage third-party audits and testing where required.
- Lead, coach and support employees involved in quality activities.
- Work with Production and Warehouse on product corrections and rework activities.
- Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives, including risk assessments and safety improvements.
- Prepare monthly Quality and Safety reports and present results to Management
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
- 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO-based Quality Management Systems.
- Experience conducting internal audits, managing corrective actions and supporting continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Visio and SharePoint.
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Certified Quality Auditor, Quality Improvement Training, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred

- 25 vacation days and 10 ATV days, allocated to the company's collective shutdowns
- A gross monthly salary between €4.300,- and €5.100,- based on a full-time (40-hour) position
