Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event management, and campaign execution, preferably in a matrixed global organization.
Fluent in English with a good level of Dutch
Proven ability to lead complex marketing initiatives, manage multiple projects, and drive measurable results.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across regional and global teams.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign management systems.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
