At Aceve, we back the builders of society. Founded in the Nordics and growing across Europe, we build digital tools for the people who construct and maintain our physical world - giving electricians, plumbers, and contractors back their time, clarity, and confidence. With over 900 employees across 8 countries, leading brands in 7 customer markets, and more than €100M in revenue, we're on an ambitious growth journey, and we're just getting started. We're an AI-first company, and we work with grit, openness, and a good dose of joy.
As Director of Product, you will lead product management across a broad and diverse portfolio of software products, with a particular focus on the Benelux region. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, knows how to prioritize ruthlessly across many competing demands, and can bring teams and stakeholders along through meaningful change.
Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap across a diverse portfolio of software products, balancing near-term commercial priorities with longer-term strategic direction.
Make clear, well-reasoned prioritization decisions across products at different lifecycle stages — from active investment to end-of-life — and communicate those decisions effectively to teams and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, setting high standards for product thinking, customer focus, and cross-functional execution.
Act as the key connector between product, engineering, sales, and customer success — ensuring that what gets built delivers real business and customer value, and that teams are aligned on what matters most.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries and business units, maintaining trust and clear communication in a distributed, multi-market organization.
Drive product-led initiatives that maximize value from the existing portfolio, including cross-sell opportunities in close partnership with sales teams.
Lead your organization through change — whether that means evolving how products are built, how teams work, or how customers experience the portfolio over time.
Proven experience at director level in product management, with a track record of leading and developing teams of product managers across a large or varied portfolio.
Experience working in B2B or enterprise software environments — particularly those with complex, legacy, or on-premise products. You are comfortable in environments that are not typical modern SaaS and know how to lead effectively in them.
Strong change management capability: you have guided teams and organizations through significant transitions and understand that this requires sustained focus, clear communication, and political skill.
The ability to manage a product portfolio spanning different lifecycle stages simultaneously — investing in growth products, maintaining mature ones, and winding down others — without losing strategic clarity.
A business-first product mindset: you connect product decisions to commercial outcomes and know when to go deep versus stay strategic.
Resilience and adaptability in fast-moving, organizationally complex environments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can operate effectively without everything being perfectly defined.
Nice to have:
Experience with product portfolio rationalization, platform migration programs, or large-scale product transitions.
Background in vertical SaaS or enterprise software for industrial, field-service, or construction-adjacent industries.
A meaningful leadership mandate with real scope — you will have genuine influence over product direction across a large, multi-country portfolio.
The opportunity to shape how a growing European software company evolves its product organization, at a pivotal moment in its development.
A collaborative, cross-functional environment where product leaders have a real seat at the table and are expected to drive outcomes, not just manage process.
