Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for engineering and delivering complex, customer-focused solutions? At Mpac, you'll take full ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver innovative packaging machinery solutions worldwide.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll manage multiple stakeholders, balance budgets and timelines, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects (from standard to highly customised packaging machines)

Develop and own comprehensive project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources)

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Electrical, and Service Engineers

Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates

Evaluate project outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Identify and mitigate risks proactively

Control project costs and ensure margin targets are achieved

Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project tracking

Support Sales and Service teams where needed

Contribute to improving project management processes and tools

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Technical Business (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Software, etc.)

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Management role within an international, technical environment

Proven experience managing complex engineering or machinery projects

Strong knowledge of structured project methodologies and risk management

Excellent planning, budgeting, and time management skills

Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities

Outstanding communication skills (Dutch & English, spoken and written)

Analytical and solution-focused mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances

Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10-15%)

Experience working on overseas project deployments is an advantage
