Quality Assurance Manager

Operating globally creates a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Navigating various regulations and standards across different continents presents significant challenges, especially when it comes to the quality assurance of our safety products.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager who will lead our quality initiatives and ensure compliance and excellence across all operations.
What will you do?
- Develop, implement and continuously improve quality management systems and procedures.
- Coordinate product testing, quality controls and audits to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Monitor international regulations and translate requirements into actionable quality standards.
- Manage relationships with external testing laboratories, certification bodies and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, compliance and customer satisfaction.
What do we require?
- A relevant degree (e.g., quality management, engineering, or a related field).
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a global environment.
- In-depth knowledge of international quality standards and regulatory requirements (not specific in our branche is needed, because you can learn this).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders across the company.
- Proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
