Requirements:
8+ years in product, with 5+ years leading teams. Hardware, IoT, or embedded systems experience required.
You've run Product P&Ls before. You know how to make money, not just ship features.
High-growth experience. You've been through 30%+ annual growth, you know how to scale despite things breaking all the time
You're a coach, not a micromanager. You make people better and they want to work with you. You go deep, when needed, to ensure output quality
You understand hardware reality - supply chains, manufacturing constraints, field deployment. You can talk to engineers and translate it to business value.
You work well with peer leaders. You'll partner closely with the Head of Digital Products to create cohesive experiences across hardware and software.
Positive energy. You get excited about hard problems. Teams follow you and go the extra mile because they want to, not because they have to.
Fluent in English (C1/C2-level), additional languages are a plus. You'll be working across countries and need to communicate clearly.
