We are looking for a
Mechanical Rotating Planner (Werkvoorbereider) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in rotating equipment, excellent knowledge of
SAP, and the ability to efficiently plan, prepare, and coordinate maintenance activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Planning of Rotating Equipment
- Develop detailed work plans for preventive and predictive maintenance, overhauls, and repairs of rotating and static equipment, including pumps, compressors, motors, rotating valves, pipelines, etc.
Work Preparation
- Prepare work orders in SAP, ensuring all relevant information is included, such as equipment details, materials, and manpower requirements.
SAP Knowledge
- Update asset information in SAP with work order status, equipment history, and maintenance costs, including billing (SES).
Proactive Maintenance Support
- Anticipate potential issues or delays in maintenance schedules and proactively address them to minimize equipment downtime.
Collaboration and Flexibility
- Work closely with engineers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of maintenance plans.
Qualifications
Education
- A technical degree (MTS) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in rotating equipment or maintenance planning are an advantage.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance, planning, or work preparation, preferably in a similar industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and work order management systems.
Requirement
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, motors, and rotating valves.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
SAP Proficiency
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for work order management, asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling.
- Proactive and Flexible Approach:
- Ability to identify potential problems proactively and take preventive measures to minimize downtime.
Problem-Solving Abilities
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose effective solutions.
Safety and Compliance
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in industrial settings.
