In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic key accounts at both national and international level, with a clear focus on sustainable growth and achieving sales and market targets. You will lead contractual and commercial negotiations, including the negotiation of annual agreements, while ensuring strong and long-term customer relationships.
You work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Unit, Sales and Territory Managers, Marketing, and Veterinary Services, to implement and execute the strategies defined in the Key Account Business Plans. You actively contribute to the development, continuous evaluation, and monthly review of these plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
Monitoring the competitive landscape is an important part of your role, allowing you to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies. You ensure optimal market penetration by executing well-structured account plans and maintaining accurate sales forecasts to support resource planning and track customer performance.
You will maintain and update the CRM system with relevant customer data, visit reports, and meeting insights, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you play a key role in handling, analyzing, and resolving customer issues, always striving to maximize customer satisfaction.
Collaboration is essential, as you support and work closely with the broader BENE and BENEDACH teams, including coordination on cross-border accounts. You also take the lead in proactively planning and facilitating Pulse meetings and contribute to product forecasting and planning.
Finally, you build and maintain strong relationships with customer field veterinarians, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and reliable source of product knowledge and best practices.
Your profile :
You hold a Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical or animal health industry, combined with strong commercial acumen, is essential.
You bring relevant experience in swine production, animal health, the pharmaceutical industry, sales, or key account management. You are comfortable working with MS Office and are able to leverage these tools effectively in your daily activities.
