As a Construction Plan Developer at TMC, you are involved in construction projects from the very first idea. You translate market demands, location analyses, and ambitions into feasible, profitable, and technically sound plans. You work on residential and utility projects and act as the connecting link between design, engineering, costs, and feasibility. In this role, you closely collaborate with architects, structural designers, cost experts, project managers, and external stakeholders.
