As a Senior Salesforce Consultant – Agentforce Revenue Management at Nextview, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce revenue management solutions for our customers. You will focus on Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly RCA/RLM), while also leveraging and expanding your expertise across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
You will work closely with clients to understand complex revenue models, advise on best practices across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, translate requirements into scalable designs, and lead implementations that drive measurable commercial impact.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong consulting skills with hands-on experience in RCA/RLM or Salesforce CPQ & Billing, and who is keen to further develop their expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.
Advise customers on Agentforce Revenue Management, Salesforce CPQ & Billing capabilities, best practices, and end-to-end quote-to-cash transformation opportunities.
Facilitate workshops to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements related to pricing, product catalogues, contracts, billing, and revenue recognition, translating them into clear user stories and implementation designs.
Configure Salesforce solutions with a focus on:

Agentforce Revenue Management (RCA/RLM): Product & pricing models, contracts, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, usage-based and recurring revenue scenarios.

Salesforce CPQ: Product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, quote generation, approvals, and integrations with Sales Cloud.

Salesforce Billing: Invoicing, payments, billing schedules, credit notes, and integrations with finance systems.

Sales Cloud integration: Opportunities, accounts, forecasting, and alignment between sales and revenue processes.

Customer 360 Platform: Custom Objects, Flow automations, Lightning Pages, permission models, and integrations.

Manage and support multiple customer projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, scalable solutions, and customer success.

Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and developers to design robust, end-to-end revenue management solutions.

Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on revenue architecture and Salesforce best practices.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and the continuous evolution of our Agentforce Revenue Management and Revenue Cloud practice.

3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (preferably in consulting)

Proven experience in Agentforce Revenue Management (RCA/RLM) and/or Salesforce CPQ & Billing implementations.

Hands-on experience designing and configuring complex quote-to-cash solutions.
