Omval 300, 1096 HP Amsterdam, Niederlande Hybrid
Are you interested in joining one of Europe's fastest growing companies? Do you want to impact the wellbeing of millions of users?
Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.
Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.
As part of our growth around Europe, we have acquired Alleo. At Alleo, we're setting a new standard as the go-to platform for modern compensation and benefits. Why? Because we believe compensation should be personal and flexible as modern life.
We are currently hiring a Product Manager Payroll Integrations to be based in Amsterdam.
Your mission at Epassi | Alleo
As a Product Manager – Payroll Integrations at Epassi | Alleo, you will be the driving force behind how our platform connects with the Dutch payroll and HRS ecosystem. Based in Amsterdam, you will own and shape the integrations roadmap end-to-end — from defining strategy and prioritisation to execution and continuous optimisation — ensuring our integrations are scalable, reliable, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
You will act as the internal authority on the Dutch payroll and HRS landscape, bringing deep expertise to guide product decisions and identify new opportunities. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and external partners, you will design and deliver integration solutions that enable seamless, secure, and efficient data flows between Alleo and our customers’ systems.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution — and is passionate about building robust, scalable integrations that power great user experiences behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will be:
Own and continuously evolve the integrations roadmap for our payroll and HRS ecosystem (including AFAS, Loket, Nmbrs, and others)
Act as the internal authority on payroll and HR system architecture — the go-to expert for Engineering, Onboarding, and commercial teams
Identify market needs by working closely with customer-facing teams, and translate insights into clear, actionable product decisions
Design and drive scalable, secure data exchange solutions that support both customer needs and internal operations
Collaborate with the Product Manager Admin Experience to build and enhance self-service integration capabilities
Lead the expansion of our integrations suite — onboarding new partners, strengthening existing integrations, and continuously improving reliability and performance
Report directly to the Head of Product and contribute to shaping the broader product strategy
You'll be successful in this role if you:
Strong ability to work across disciplines and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and commercial teams
A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to clearly scope problems and break down complexity
Strong documentation habits, ensuring clarity, alignment, and scalability across teams
Excellent stakeholder communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
A proactive, ownership-driven approach — you take initiative, drive decisions, and follow through to delivery
What you should bring:
3+ years of experience within the Payroll and HRS domain, ideally with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform products
Deep familiarity with the Dutch payroll and HRS ecosystem — including systems such as AFAS, Loket, and Nmbrs
Proven experience working within the Payroll/HRS landscape, with a solid understanding of how these systems operate in practice
Strong ability to collaborate across disciplines, working effectively with Engineering, Product, and commercial teams
A structured, analytical mindset — you are skilled at clearly scoping problems, making thoughtful decisions, and documenting them effectively
Strong communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and translate complex technical topics into clear insights
Your language profile:
English — Fluent (mandatory)
Dutch — Fluent (mandatory)
