The Data Analyst will play a dual role: delivering actionable insights through data analysis and driving projects that enhance data-driven decision-making across ComOps. This position requires strong analytical skills combined with project management expertise to ensure timely delivery of data initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize data initiatives.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance standards are met.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Document methodologies, processes, and project outcomes for transparency and knowledge sharing.
Competencies/Skills for position
- 4+ years experience in a data analytics and/or visualization
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and data storytelling
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
