About AGVR:
AGVR supplies AGV systems. AGV stands for Automatic Guided Vehicle. These are computer-controlled unmanned vehicles that function independently. From our offices in Barendrecht (NL) and Aachen (DE) we provide project realizations in Dutch-speaking and German-speaking Europe. With our 24/7 hotline, service and maintenance activities, we guarantee high system availability for our customers.
We achieve this through proper preventive maintenance and rapid interventions in the event of unplanned failures. AGVR has its own service team of 7 permanent employees for this purpose:
- Mechanical-electrical engineers.
Locally in the customer's environment.
- Service secretariat for purchasing/management of parts and invoicing
- Supported by hotline engineers for fault analysis and software issues.
Centrally from our head office in Rotterdam.
By scheduling a number of people from the team for service and hotline activities, we guarantee 24/7 support to our customers on a contract basis. All service team members are deployed once in a while to build and commission new installations.
