The successful candidate will coordinate customer orders, shipment arrivals, terminal operations, and deliveries. This role requires daily communication with customers, freight forwarders, storage terminals, transport companies, and the internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow up on incoming shipments and arrival schedules with freight forwarders, carriers, and storage terminals.
* Coordinate discharge, storage, loading, and delivery activities with terminals and transport companies.
* Process customer orders and arrange loading and delivery schedules.
* Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timing, and shipment updates.
* Prepare and follow up on logistics and sales documents, including loading instructions, delivery notes, transport documents, invoices, certificates of analysis, and related shipment documents.
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movements, customer orders, and deliveries.
* Support the sales team with order confirmations, stock availability updates, and customer follow-up.
* Escalate operational issues or delays and assist in finding practical solutions.
