Are you passionate about tourism and building unforgettable customer experiences? We’re looking for a Tourism Intern to drive traffic and revenue by developing standout tourism programmes for our Designer Outlet Roermond.

What you'll be doing..
- Reporting directly to the Head of Tourism, you will have the chance to play a key role in driving future growth and success. Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor.
- Assist the Roermond Tourism team in day-to-day business with a focus on planning and coordinating campaigns
- Manage international group enquiries in a timely manner and facilitate any queries from the tourism team.
- To assist in executing Tourism campaigns and other demand generation / promotional activities for optimal sale.
- Manage tourism sales materials and keep the inventory updated on monthly basis
- Manage tourism customer database updated on monthly basis.
- Support in reporting and analysis of our campaigns
- Project-related coordination and coordination with other departments
- Create and manage purchase orders & support on administration
You will...
- Be a 3rd year Bachelor student in the field of tourism, hospitality or a related field looking for an internship; Prior industry experience is preferred
- Speak fluently English, have a work permit and a valid driver's licence (mandatory);
- You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation;
- You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty;
- Have good communication skills and a hands-on/can-do approach
- Have flexibility and team spirit
- Be independent, structured and have a results-oriented way of working
- Be available as from 31 August 2026 at Designer Outlet Roermond for working in Roermond outlet 40 hours a week
