The Human Resources (HR) department focuses on people and organizational culture by developing and applying the right HR tools to achieve business objectives. The department works closely with the other departments to ensure that culture, personnel policies, and HR strategies are well aligned with business goals.
The HR Director is part of the Management Team (MT) and leads the HR department. The position provides input to the company’s strategy and, together with the other MT members, is jointly responsible for achieving the vision, strategy, and objectives. The role is also part of the global HR team and contributes to global projects such as performance management, Employee engagement, Success Factors etc. The position acts as an advisor to fellow MT members and collaborates with and supports the VP BU in relation to the Works Council (OR).
The HR Director is responsible for managing the HR Lifecyle and the day-to-day operational HR tasks together with the HR Officer.
Communication takes place in both Dutch and English.

To develop and implement HR strategies and policies that foster a positive organizational culture, ensure the effectiveness of HR processes, and guarantee compliance with laws and regulations.
