The IT department for Product Lifecycle Management and Configuration Management is responsible for delivering solutions that push the limits of technology to unlock the business value of digital design and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). We deliver innovative PLM solutions to solve some of ASML’s toughest challenges. Together with our partners, and based on global best practices, we deliver the digital foundation of product innovation.

It's your goal to build and enhance the technical layer in the PLM application- and infrastructure-landscape to bring its performance, security and services to the next level and strive to be best-in-class in your PLM Application – Infrastructure field of expertise.
As Sr. IT PLM Technical Application & Infra Security Engineer, you are responsible for building and delivering the PLM technical solution application infrastructure for Teamcenter platform, in close alignment with our functional and technical PLM architects, IT stakeholders and IT vendors.
- You will take initiatives and deliver PLM projects with your technical expertise to ensure the delivery of agreed PLM platform performance and security levels.
- You are the expert on the current and future solution technology of the PLM platform and its technical capabilities.
- Additionally, you work closely with our solution vendors to identify technical best practices, improve current and introduce new technology.
- You will collaborate with PLM and DevOps teams to ensure secure development and deployment practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or IT/Computer Science
- Technical administrative knowledge and understanding of Siemens suite of applications and architecture
- Must have - Teamcenter, Active Workspace , Vulnerability management and Infra security
- Experience with TC Deployment Center, NX and Polarion and exposure to security standards ISO27001, NIST CSF, OWASP preferred.
- Proven experience in large PLM environments (Teamcenter/AWC), covering IT security (access, data models, export controls) and leading solutions for structural performance and deployment challenges.
- Experience in interacting closely with infrastructure providers on designs of new capabilities that adhere to technology, security, and system architectural guidelines.
- Experienced in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response planning
- Conversant with infrastructure provisioning : On prem and cloud
- Conversant with TLS\SSL protocols, middleware’s, web servers, load balancers, proxies, firewall management, network analysis / Wireshark.
- Conversant with network firewalls, Windows group policies, cloud security
- Experience in investigating recent technologies to improve and optimize the application.
- Working with platforms like Ansible, Terraform, Linux, Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Sound understanding of TcSS with enterprise IAM solution (e.g., LDAP, SSO, MFA).
- Proactive, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong security mindset, covering access control, data protection, and risk awareness
- Ability to handle complex demands and perform under pressure with a quality focus
- Leadership skills in driving initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and leading teams to achieve objectives
- Strong consultancy skills with a hands-on approach
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Effective collaboration in multicultural teams
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), Dutch language skills is a bonus
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
