YOKUU makes probiotic cleaning products for people who want a cleaner home and a healthier planet. We're B-Corp, growing hyper fast (>2x per year) and are internationalizing rapidly (5 countries and growing).
We have a lean but mean team of highly talented and ambitious individuals. We're looking for someone who is eager to take our social media (organic and ads) to the next level. You'll report directly to our CMO (Harvard MBA, former BCG and Crisp).
What you'll do
You will work closely together with our founders, CMO, Creative Strategist & Designers to:
Develop and execute an Instagram content strategy driving reach
- Ideate potential concepts & hooks
- Identify and stay ahead of trending audio, formats, and platform features
- Run experiments with content formats, posting times, etc.
- Track and report on KPIs (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, sales)
Create engaging and viral content
- Translate concepts into viral hooks & scripts
- Schedule content in a monthly content calendar
- Create visual content in collaboration with the team
- Brief and guide designers and copy writers to generate the final output
Coordinate paid ads content creation
- Create a monthly testing calendar based on existing formats
- Ideate new hooks and scripts
- Create visual content in collaboration with the team
- Brief and guide designers and copy writers to generate the final output
- Generate organic-to-paid content strategies and vice-versa
Who are you
- You have 0-5 years experience in Marketing
- You have a track record of creating engaging content, for brands or yourself
- You are creative and commercially minded
- You are curious, open minded and entrepreneurial
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You are based in Randstad (ideal) or Antwerp region
