An Ice Cream Shop Assistant is responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing and serving ice cream, handling cash and card payments, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, restocking products, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for customers.
The role requires good communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
