What are you going to do?
- Responsible for efficient order fulfilment, order process accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external to resolve issues relating to customer pricing, terms, deductions, product cuts, late shipments and other inquiry or issues.
- This function is responsible for the available products in the inventory and deals in the procedures of product replacement of factory.
- Data maintenance: Item creation / customer profile etc.
Qualifications
- Intermediate-level Excel skills and experience with Oracle ERP systems.
- Pro-active, attention to details, time management, problem-solving and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills. If you happen to also master Mandarin, you can apply that here too.
- Eagerness to find best solution for customer and company.
- Experience in an international (IT) Company (MBO level).
- The work location is Tilburg, preferably you live in Tilburg or in the nearby area.
