Do you want to work in a financially and administratively complex environment where you truly take ownership? For WAIR, we are looking for an independent Administrative Officer. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from WAIR as well as with the finance team at Shoeby. Your main workplace is the Service Center in Rosmalen, where both organizations come together. There is also plenty of flexibility to perform this role remotely.

What does a typical workday look like?

You primarily work for WAIR, while regularly collaborating with colleagues from Shoeby at the Service Center. This combination appeals to you. You understand the dynamics of two organizations within one working environment and see this as an enrichment of your role.

You are responsible for the administrative process from A to Z. The financial administration is managed in Odoo Enterprise, currently version 18. You work independently, manage processes, and continuously look for opportunities to optimize and improve.

Your responsibilities include:

Processing purchase invoices
Processing and reconciling bank statements
Preparing and processing sales invoices and sales orders
Preparing and executing payments
Preparing administrative and financial reports
Working across multiple entities and currencies

This is a substantive role with a high level of ownership, where your accuracy and ability to maintain oversight truly make the difference.

You feel comfortable in a role with a high level of responsibility and independence, as you are the key administrative professional within WAIR. You take ownership of your work, set priorities, and ensure that commitments are met.

You work accurately and in a structured way. You have a strong eye for detail, think in terms of processes, and are able to maintain a clear overview, even when handling multiple tasks at once. Bringing structure and improving processes comes naturally to you.

Experience with or affinity for international organizations is a strong plus. You understand how to operate in an international context and feel comfortable working in an environment with different cultures and ways of working.

In addition, you have:

Strong command of the English language.
