What to Expect
As a Project Manager for Sales Systems, you will drive strategic digital transformation initiatives that accelerate Tesla's sales growth and operational excellence across the EMEA region. You'll lead high-impact projects that enhance our sales management pipeline and integrate improvements across internal platforms and customer-facing digital channels to continuously drive Sales Pace and Order Conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do-
Define and own the strategic roadmap for Sales Systems in EMEA, establishing digital initiatives that optimize sales pipeline, improve conversion rates, and unlock new capabilities aligned with Tesla's growth objectives

Lead complex, cross-functional digital transformation projects end-to-end from opportunity identification through implementation, change management, and measurement of business impact

Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, and accelerate system enhancements that improve sales conversion, operational efficiency, and customer experience

Apply data-driven project management methodologies to ensure quality deliverables, define KPIs, track business impact, and manage comprehensive integration and optimization of all project components, documentation, and processes

Mentor project managers and elevate team standards for execution, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the digital ecosystem

Successfully manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment while presenting strategic initiatives to senior leadership and adapting to changing business needs
What You'll Bring-
Proven track record managing and implementing complex digital initiatives in sales, customer experience, or e-commerce environments with multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities

Strong project management expertise with deep knowledge of PM principles, methodologies, and best practices, combined with analytical mindset for conducting ROI analysis, establishing success metrics and KPIs, and tracking project performance

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear, actionable plans for diverse stakeholders

Self-starter mentality with initiative, strategic thinking capabilities, and a results-oriented approach

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively

Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA (~5-10%)

Experience in CRM, sales management platforms, or automotive/retail systems preferred
