At 2Connect, as a Supply Chain Planner, you play a central role in keeping the supply chain running smoothly and further developing it. You are responsible for the planning and coordination of your own portfolio, and you contribute to improvement projects related to supply chain processes.
You operate at the heart of the chain and communicate daily with clients, production (mainly Romania), procurement, and internal stakeholders. You ensure the availability of materials, align planning, and oversee deliveries according to agreements.
The role is operational in nature but distinctly requires analytical skills and ownership. By working with data, identifying deviations, and recognizing patterns, you actively contribute to process improvement. In practice, this means you not only manage day-to-day operations but also build insight into trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for structural enhancements.
Monitoring material availability (“clear to build”) and timely intervention in case of bottlenecks
Coordinating order books, forecasts, and deliveries with clients and internal stakeholders
Processing and checking planning data in the ERP system (including Exact)
Executing and interpreting MRP planning and translating this into concrete actions
Analyzing delivery, order, and product data to make deviations and trends visible
Using dashboards (for example, in Power BI) to monitor performance and improvement opportunities
Detecting disruptions in the chain and proactively initiating solutions
Contributing to improvement projects, for example, focused on forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning processes
You combine an analytical approach with a practical mindset. You are able to grasp operational issues, but you also look beyond daily execution. By asking questions and spotting connections, you recognize where processes can be improved and take the initiative to set this in motion. You identify with the following profile:
Academic-level working and thinking ability, preferably in supply chain, technical business administration or a similar field
Graduate or a few years’ experience within a supply chain or logistics environment
Affinity with data and the ability to translate analyses into concrete actions; experience with BI or AI tools is an advantage
Structured way of working and the ability to maintain overview in a dynamic context

Ownership, initiative, and the drive to improve every day
