As Merchandising & Planning Manager, you’ll lead the Off-Price Merchandise Planning team and foster a culture of engagement and empowerment. Your expert assortment line management will satisfy customer, brand and channel needs and deliver perfect profitability levels.

We’re looking for a proactive manager with a wealth of experience in direct-to-consumer planning to help steer our inventory levels in the right direction. Someone to handle everything from training teams in new projects and processes, to building budgets that fit with the business’ wider strategy.

How you’ll help us.
Based at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam and reporting to Andrea, Head of DTC Planning, as part of the role you’ll:
Drive team engagement, creating a safe and open feedback culture.
Plan inventory for sales lines and build campaign strategy and commercial goals at multiple levels.
Own the commercial forecasting process, from design through to delivery in-store.
Manage in-season trading by assessing opportunities and risks, while suggesting tactics to improve sales and profitability.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure the team have access to clear and accurate data on seasonal product performance.
More about you.
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Economy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
5 or more years’ experience in DTC Planning in a multi-channel, retail environment.
At least 2 years of team management experience and senior experience working with commercial leaders.
Excellent Excel skills and good command of written and spoken English.
