As Site Facility Coordinator, you help Haskoning create reliable, user-focused workplaces across our Dutch offices by combining daily service coordination with structured reporting, administration and continuous improvement.
You translate operational signals, service data and user feedback into clear insights and practical actions, while helping suppliers and internal stakeholders deliver consistent, efficient and future-ready services.
Working closely with the Local Facility Manager, FM colleagues, suppliers, IT Operations & Services and business users, you bring structure to service performance, day-to-day administration and follow-up.
You keep facility databases, floorplans, evacuation plans and related documentation accurate and up to date, and respond to requests and tasks through WeConnect with timely follow-up and clear communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse service performance, incidents, requests and feedback to identify trends, risks and improvements
- Prepare concise reporting on service quality, supplier performance, incidents, satisfaction and improvement progress
- Maintain accurate facility administration, including databases, floorplans, evacuation plans and key documentation
- Handle facility requests and tasks via WeConnect, ensuring timely communication, follow-up and closure
- Monitor supplier performance, follow up actions and highlight deviations from agreed standards
- Translate operational signals into process improvements, standard ways of working and clear actions
- Coordinate recurring workplace-related IT issues with IT Operations & Services to improve user experience
- Initiate customer satisfaction measurements and ensure results lead to visible improvement actions
- Support local projects, workplace changes and service transitions with clear communication and lessons learned

As our new Site Facility Coordinator, you will become part of the corporate group Digital & Workplace Solutions (DWS) in the Netherlands. DWS provides services to the internal organisation, enabling colleagues to serve their clients in the best possible way.
DWS’s activities are divided across three domains: Enterprise IT & Services, Real Estate & Facility, and Digital & AI. In addition, there is a separate team for information security. The structure of DWS was recently reorganised to allow the three domains to come into their own more effectively. As a result, several new roles have been created, including that of Site Facility Coordinator. This role will be part of Real Estate & Facility.
You are a structured, service-minded facility professional who understands daily operations and creates overview, recognises patterns, improves processes and supports better decisions.
Requirements:
- Completed MBO-level education; Facility Management or Business Administration is a plus
- Relevant experience in a facility, service or process-driven environment
- Experience with coordination, reporting, facility administration, ticket handling and supplier follow-up
- Affinity with data, dashboards, service management systems or performance reporting
Skills & competencies:
- Strong service mindset, with focus on quality, consistency and user experience
- Structured and analytical, able to maintain accurate information and turn it into action
- Improvement-oriented, with the ability to challenge existing ways of working constructively
- Able to coordinate initiatives, track progress and follow through
