Restaurant Manager – Hawaiian Poke Bowl Almere
Aloha! We're bringing the Aloha spirit to Almere. At the beginning of October, we're opening the doors of our brand-new Hawaiian Poke Bowl location, and we're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to make this opening a success.
Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, ready to build your own team and restaurant from the ground up? Then we'd love to get to know you!
We're looking for someone who can start ASAP, so we can begin training on time. Please note: training will take place outside Almere, so flexibility to travel during the first few weeks is a must.
What will you do?
Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with a keen eye for detail
Lead the team effectively and ensure smooth daily operations
Recruit, train, and develop an efficient and motivated team
Create an outstanding customer experience and resolve any complaints
Ensure the presentation and quality of every bowl—with a smile
